We have a small home office and our printer went down on Monday afternoon. We found Dallas Laser Printers online and sent in a request. Thinking I would get the usual no response I was pleasantly surprised when Todd the Service Manager called me about 30 minutes later. He was very thorough in explaining in detail their contactless pick up/repair/delivery of our printer. They picked it up Tuesday at 9:30 AM, took it back to their facility and Todd contacted me mid afternoon with the diagnosis that it just needed a cleaning. They took care of it and delivered it back to us Wednesday morning about 9:15 AM. 24 hour service with pick up/repair/delivery is amazing and all for a very reasonable price. We are a customer for life. Thank You.
