We have used Dallas Printer Repair twice. The first time was in 2019 and the second time in 2021. When I called Todd the most recent time, I was impressed that he knew who I was and exactly what he had done for us in 2019. It was late in the day when I called, and he was able to fit us in first thing the next morning. Todd fixed the printer quickly and even pointed out something I didn’t know about the printer. The second visit solidified that Dallas Printer Repair will be our go-to business for printer repair services.

Todd arrive within his appointment time, fix the printer within minutes. Explain to me what the issue was and verified the printer was working before he left. Cleaned up behind himself and also made sure he left a card to contact him if I had any more questions.
